TThe R&D Division entrusted with design and development of products/systems to cater to the special requirements of customers till the prototype approval stage. R&D is involved in indigenising a number of imported sub assemblies for Defence, Process Control & Automotive Industries.

PRODUCT MANAGEMENT DIVISION:- This division is one of the unique divisions set up in this organization. This is based on the procedure used in leading automobile industries. The main function of this division is to actively interact with the R&D Division in order to translate a bench model into a full-fledged operational model which can be produced in large numbers meeting all the required standards practically conforming to ISO 9000.

CONTRACTS DIVISION:- Contracts Division specially organized to take up contract manufacture of large scale PCB assemblies for industries. The division has full capability to engineer and produce a product which will eventually conform to international and JSS 55555 specifications.

PCB ASSEMBLY / COIL WINDING:- Modern PCB Assembly facility with Wave soldering machine is used for large scale Electronic Assembly. SMT Assembly can also be carried out with the existing facility.

QUALITY CONTROL DIVISION:- This division is responsible for the inspection of the company's products with a critical outsider's eye. It is equipped with a full range of sophisticated testing and measuring instruments duly calibrated at regular intervals with National Test Houses.

MATERIAL DIVISION:- This division is organized based on Material Management Principles. This division plans and procures materials of laid down specifications with independent Quality Control Cell for inward inspection of purchased and subcontracted stores. It has built a library of the sources and type of stores, both National and International
